Ryan learned the business alongside his father, Paul Ditmar, a real estate veteran who spent over 30 years building trust across the Florida market. In 2018, Ryan joined forces with Alan Kronenberg, and together they launched Lineage as a boutique brokerage focused on service, strategy, and integrity.
