To officially list your home we will provide a listing agreement between Lineage Real Estate and yourself. This simple 4-page listing agreement will clarify the terms of our arrangement and allow us to list your home for sale in the Multiple Listing Service (MFRMLS). In addition to the listing agreement, we would collect information on your HOA fees, and fill out a sellers property disclosure for all potential buyers. Everything can be done via electronic signature and email to start the process, allowing you to focus on whats important.
